Saff
Last updated: July 26, 2026
Saff shows prayer times, masjid iqamah schedules, and related Islamic content. It is built to know as little about you as possible.
Nothing. Saff has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no trackers. We do not collect, store, sell, or share any personal data.
If you grant location access, your location is used on the device to calculate prayer times, sort nearby masjids, and point the qibla compass. It is never uploaded and never leaves your phone. You can use the app without location access by picking a masjid manually.
The app fetches one kind of data from the internet: your masjid's published prayer schedule, either from the masjid's own public feed or from Saff's schedule service. These requests do not include your location, name, or any identifier beyond what any web request carries (an IP address, which we do not log or store).
Your masjid list, settings, themes, tasbih counts, and the jamat journal are stored only on your device (and on your Apple Watch if you use the watch app). The jamat journal, your private prayer attendance log, never leaves the device. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
Prayer alerts are scheduled locally on your phone. No push servers are involved.
Saff does not collect data from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address and the date above will be updated.
